AmericaTrak is responsible for the agency service we provide:

• Presenting fares and availability accurately as returned to us by the carrier.
• Issuing the correct ticket for the journey you selected.
• Charging the amount shown, with our service fee itemised before payment.
• Servicing your booking — changes, cancellations, refunds and disruption support.
• Handling your personal information as set out in our Privacy Policy.

The train is operated by the carrier, not by AmericaTrak. We have no control over and accept no liability for:

• Punctuality, delays, cancellations, diversions or equipment substitutions.
• Onboard service, catering, seating comfort, Wi-Fi or accessibility equipment.
• Station facilities, platform changes, staffing or announcements.
• Loss of, damage to, or delay of baggage.
• Decisions to refuse carriage, or to remove a passenger from a service.
• Missed onward arrangements — flights, hotels, car hire, events — caused by rail disruption.

Your rights in these situations come from the carrier’s conditions of carriage. We will help you claim them, but we cannot override the carrier’s decision or substitute our judgment for theirs.

Fares, schedules, route descriptions, journey times and station details are provided for general guidance and are supplied to us by the carrier and other third parties. They can change without notice, sometimes at short notice. We update them in good faith but do not warrant that everything on this site is complete, current or error-free at the moment you read it.
